Terms of service

1. Our service

AeroAdvocacy LLC helps passengers pursue claims against airlines for flight disruption and baggage problems. We are a claims management service, not a law firm, and we do not give legal advice. Where a claim needs legal action, we may refer it to an independent legal partner with your agreement.

2. Submitting a claim

You confirm that the information and documents you provide are accurate and that you are the passenger, or are authorised to act for them. Submitting a claim lets us assess it. We'll ask you to confirm before we act on your behalf with the airline.

3. Fees

There is no upfront charge. If we recover money for you, our fee is 30% of the amount recovered (plus any applicable tax), deducted before we transfer the balance to you. If we recover nothing, you pay nothing.

If the airline pays you directly after we have submitted your claim, you agree to tell us and to pay our fee on that amount.

4. No guarantee

Every claim depends on its facts. We will tell you honestly what we think of your claim, but we cannot guarantee any outcome or timescale.

5. Cancelling

You can withdraw your claim at any time by emailing us. If you withdraw after the airline has agreed to pay, our fee is still due on that amount.

6. Liability

We are responsible for carrying out our service with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for decisions made by airlines, regulators, or courts.
